Definitely forgot what that feels like lol.
My whole lower body feels like death. My cardio definitely needs work. I did 6 sets of 30 second sprints as fast as I could with 130 seconds of rest in between. I don’t know why I’ve been putting off cardio all this time. I need to do this more
About to go for a run.
Haven’t done HIIT in about a year. Let’s see what happens!
