Getting more used to that 225 lb bench press. Today I did 5, 4, 4, 3 (assisted at last rep) and of course the mandatory 135 for 12 reps at the beginning.
I just want to be able to do 225 lb x 8-12 reps for a good 2 sets and I’ll be happy.

I practice Kempo Martial Arts (mixture of Jiu-Jutsu, Kung Fu, Wing Chun, boxing, wrestling, etc). It’s been a year since I’ve been to class though. School and work kind of ruined that for me unfortunately. I’m going back as soon as I can though!
And nah I’m not wrestling in college, although I’d really like to. Again, cause I had work so I didn’t even bother trying out.
